I'm a Montreal-based Program and Project Manager with 18 years of experience leading complex initiatives for retail, B2B and B2C organizations, including work across the fashion, luxury and hardware industries.
My background spans large-scale retail operations — including current work supporting RONA, one of Canada's leading hardware and home improvement retailers — as well as experience delivering programs across teams in Canada and the Toulouse region of France.
NPNG is how I package that experience for organizations that need more than a project plan: a partner who can move fluidly between boardroom strategy and delivery-team execution, in both French and English.
